    Zero Oil

Cooking oil is purified fat of plant origin, which is usually liquid at room temperature (saturated oils such as coconut and palm are more solid at room temperature than other oils). Different kinds of edible vegetable oils include: olive oil, palm oil, soybean oil, canola oil, pumpkin seed oil, corn oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, peanut oil, grape seed oil, sesame oil, argan oil and rice bran oil. Many other kinds of vegetable oils are also used for cooking.
The appropriate amount of fat as a component of daily food consumption is the topic of some controversy. Some fat is required in the diet, and fat (in the form of oil) is also essential in many types of cooking. The FDA recommends that 30% or less of calories consumed daily should be from fat . Other nutritionists recommend that no more than 10% of a person's daily calories come from fat. In extremely cold environments, a diet that is up to two-thirds fat is acceptable and can, in fact, be critical to survival.
SATURATED FATS:- Saturated fats are simply fats that contain mostly saturated fatty acids. Saturated fatty acids are found mainly animal fats (including dairy products). Only two vegetable fats are saturated: palm and coconut oil.consumption of small amounts of saturated fats is essential but it leads to Coronary Heart Disease. saturated fats, including coconut, palm oil and palm kernel oil. In simple terms, saturated fat is a major risk factor for heart attacks and strokes. It's worth remembering that the body can manufacture its own saturated fat so we don't actually need to include ANY saturated fat in our diet. We know that diets high in saturated fat (or high-glycemic index carbs) lead to an increased production of acetate fragments in the body, which usually raise the production of cholesterol.
UNSATURATED FATS:-(GOOD OIL) unsaturated (preferably monounsaturated) fats like olive oil, peanut oil, canola oil, avocado, safflower, corn, sunflower, soy, mustard and cottonseed oils are generally healthier.
However All oil contains both Saturated and Unsaturated Fats. But propertion is less or high.So        The lipid metabolism process is linked to the breakdown of carbohydrates and fat, both of which are fundamental elements of diabetes mellitus. Lipid metabolism occurs in the pancreas and many of the lipid metabolism steps are regulated by insulin. Insulin issues relating to both type 1 and type 2 diabetes can have a profound impact on the lipid metabolism process.
Lipids are an extensive group of molecules that includes fatty acids, vitamins, sterols and waxes among others. These substances are being deposited in the artery and causes early atherosclerosis cause Coronary Artery and Cerebro Vascular Accidents(CVA) So It came to the mind why we will consume after FOURTY. Except Essential Free fatty Acids. Then I tried with more than 3000Cases I got marvelous result.
